Recovering insurance in cases of administrative write-off in accordance with Law No. 121/82 and amended by Law No. 7 of 2017

1. Obtention d'un certificat négatif ou positif concernant la position de l'établissement ou de l'entreprise dans le registre des importateurs.
2. Cette demande peut être faite par la personne concernée ou par une personne ayant le pouvoir de gérer ou de signer au nom de l'établissement.
3. Alternativement, elle peut être demandée par des organismes gouvernementaux tels que les tribunaux ou les autorités fiscales, etc.

• الحصول على شهادة بيانات (سلبية أو إيجابية) عن موقف المنشأة أو الشركة من القيد في سجل المستوردين.
• بناء على طلب صاحب الشأن أو من له حق الإدارة أو التوقيع عن المنشأة
  أو بناء على طلب الجهات الحكومية (المحاكم-الضرائب. الخ).

Write-off at importer's request and insurance refund in accordance with Law No 121 for 1982  and Regulation as amended by Law No. 7 of 2017
