L’exportation, qu’elle soit de production nationale ou de ce qui a déjà été importé pour le commerce, ne peut être effectuée que par une personne dont le nom est soumis au registre des exportateurs conformément à l’article 39 du règlement 770/2005 sur l’importation et l’exportation.
• Conformément à la loi 118/1975 et à son règlement d’exécution 770/2005, les services suivants peuvent être obtenus par le registre des exportateurs :
Book an appointment to perform the service .
Modification data or recording data in the exporters register
Write-off at the request of the exporter
Renewal of registration in the Exporters Register
Registration and re-registration in the Exporters Register
Obtaining a negative or positive certificate about the position of the establishment or company regarding registration in the Exporters Register.
Administrative write-off in the exporters’ register
