  • قيد وتجديد وتعديل الأنشطة الإنتاجية أو الخدمية التي تستورد احتياجاتها بغرض الإنتاج السلعي أو تقديم الخدمات طبقاً للائحة 770 لسنة 2005.
  • يجوز للمشروعات الإنتاجية والخدمية استيراد احتياجاتها من مستلزمات الإنتاج أو التشغيل أو أداء الخدمة أن تطلب استخراج بطاقة احتياجات بناء على ما تقدمه من مستند إثبات النشاط ، وتقدم صورة هذه البطاقة عند طلب الإفراج عن مستلزمات الإنتاج
