Cette prestation s'applique aux importateurs dont le statut a déjà été régularisé conformément à la Loi n° 7 de 2017 et dont la carte est valide pour le remboursement de l'ancienne assurance conformément à la Loi n° 121 de 1982, évaluée à 3 000 EGP.
