The department issues a registration card in the registry after the establishment obtains an agency contract from a foreign company certified and certified. The department issues the registration card to the Egyptian agent after examining the documents of the establishment and conforming to the laws and regulations governing that for a period of five years renewable and attaching a card to the foreign company's data of the owner of the product or trademark.
