Amending data or entering data in the importers register

Description

Import

  1. Amending the establishment's registration data in accordance with the Law on Importers Register No. 121 of 1982, as amended by Law No. 7 of 2017.
  2. The amendment must not affect the entry in such a way that it results in the loss of any conditions for entry in the importer's registry, as per Law 7/2017, such as:
  • Amendment of the trade name or trademark.
  • Amendment of the import administrator's data.
  • Amendment of the headquarters address within the same governorate.
  • Amendment of the legal entity without adjusting the tax number.
  • Defining or opening an import activity without changing the import activity.
  • Adding or deleting an authorized agent in a sole proprietorship.
  • Entry or exit of a partner or modification of their capacity in companies.
  • Adjustment of partners' quotas.
  • Amending who has the right to manage and sign.
  • Adding or deleting a manager.
  • Adding or deleting commodity groups.
  • Adding or deleting a branch.
  • Amending the capital without it being less than the minimum required according to Law No. 7 of 2017.
