CUSTOMERS SERVICE RETURN BACK TO LIFE AT GENERAL ORGANIZATION FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT CONTROL

Engineer/ Essam Elnagar chairman of GOEIC reactivate the role of customer's service department after it stopped for two years due to the spread of the corona virus.

He confirmed to reactivate the role of customer's service department to deal with the audience, to know all problems they faced and to solve it quickly and accurately, also to maintain the safety of the staff and customers.

Engineer /Essam Elnagar asks the team work to prepare a weekly report necessary of the problems which they faced to analysis and to know the reasons if it related to GOEIC's procedures, so to solve it and avoid repetition.

He urged the necessary for cooperation between departments and customers service to quickly respond to inquiries received.

According to the directions of the minister of trade and industry, Dr. Nevean Gamea to upgrade the services system provided for exporters and importers community ,where  under the great caring from the ministry to develop the organization as it is the only body affiliated to the ministry which available in all border and customs outlets.it is  considering the safety value to save the Egyptian product reputation abroad and also the local market from entering any poor quality products and reach to the Egyptian consumer.
