Goods Imported Under Special Conditions According to Annex 3 of Regulation 770/2005 and Its Amendments Goods Subject to Decision 540/2014 (E-mark)

  • Registration of goods and products subject to the provisions of the agreement on the adoption of unified technical specifications for wheeled vehicles and equipment and parts that can be installed or used in wheeled vehicles, as stated in Decision 540 of 2014, which requires registration with the General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC) for clearance.

  • À la demande de la partie concernée ou de son représentant autorisé, il est permis de permettre le rétriage de la consigne importée définitivement rejetée soit à l'intérieur, soit à l'extérieur du cercle douanier à n'importe quelle étape du processus pour la consigne selon l'article (103) du Règlement (770-2005), à condition que ce qui suit soit fait: 
  • 1. Réexaminer la consigne après l'avoir triée comme une nouvelle consigne.
  •  2. Traiter les grades qui ont été évités de la consigne comme suit.
  •  3. Si la consigne a été libérée sous reserve.
