  1. استرداد التأمين في حالة الشطب الإداري والقانوني طبقا للقانون 121/82 والمُعدل بالقانون7 لسنة 2017 والقانون 173 لسنة 2023 سواء كان:-
    • تأمين قديم بمبلغ ثلاثة آلاف جنيه لجميع المنشآت الفردية والشركات المسجلة قبل صدور القانون رقم 7 لسنة 2017
    • تأمين جديد للمنشآت والشركات التى قامت بتوفيق أوضاعها طبقا للقانون أو التى تم تسجيلها بعد صدور القانون (بمبلغ خمسين ألف جنيه للمنشآت الفردية ، وبمبلغ مئتان ألف جنيه للشركات )
