The number of the accepted and rejected shipment referred to GOEIC and the most important achievements during the period from January till September 2021.
Engineer/ Essam Elnagar Head of GOEIC stated that the number of shipments which referred to GOEIC during the period from January till September 2021 reached to be (161372) shipments.
As the industrial import shipments reached to be (138731) shipments, (137682) shipments was accepted and (1049) shipments was refused, while the non-industrial import shipments reached to be (22641), (22525) shipments was accepted and (116) shipments refused.
While the GOEIC `s labs inspected (203486) shipments during the period from January till September 2021 where the number of the food samples which inspected was (43564), the chemical samples was (63053), the industrial samples was (91738) and the contract samples was (5131).
And about the origin certificate, GOEIC issued (266033) origin certificates during the period from January till september2021, according to the protocols of the origin rules which applied by the preferential agreements between Egypt and the other countries, to apply the customs exemptions and benefits granted to the Egyptian exports and these certificates between (the logo of league of Arab states - bilateral agreement - COMSA - MERCURE - G.S.T.P – FORM A - EUR.MED - EUR1)
While the public relations management and costumer services answer the received complaints ,inquiries and grievances during the period from January till September 2021 through the call center which received (38128)calls ,the website received (214091)visitors ,and answered (1121)inquiry on the ask and we answer service on the website, while the business sector issued (9975)reports to service the audience of dealers and decision makers, as for the organization website on the social network (Facebook) , the followers reached (10550) , and be answered (1033)inquires on page messages.
The training center trained (944) trainers during the period from January till September 2021, from the most important training program (export practice-import practice-lab inspection of exported and Imported goods at GOEIC lab –IZO programs and other different programs).
