Inspection of more than ( 3 Million Tons) at GOEIC Labs during October 2019

M.G. Ismael Gaber the Chairman of GOEIC announced that GOEIC Labs inspected number of (19.465) laboratory shipments during October 2019 with total weight (3.691.498 Tons). (19.177) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (3.687.009 Tons), while (288) shipments were rejected with total weight (4.489 Tons) for not conforming the Egyptian standard specifications.
GOEIC performance indicators explained that the industrial labs inspected (12.224) industrial shipment with total weight (909.487 Tons) during October 2019. (12.160) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (909.078 Tons) where the most important accepted items: (cloths - cars spare parts - tableware) while (64) industrial shipments were rejected with total weight (409Tons) where the most important rejected items: (bags - wallets and shoes - filters - electric tools).
As for the Food Labs, GOEIC inspected (7.241) food shipments with total weight (2.782.011 Tons) during the same period of time. (7.017) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (2.777.931 Tons) where the most important accepted items: (grains - meat- fish- vegetarian oil and fats) while (224) shipments were rejected with total weight (4.080 Tons) and the most important rejected items are: (green coffee-beans- mackerel - feeds - frozen liver - custard powder - types of sauce- fillet fish (pasa) – yoghurt cream - kinds of cheese – taste additives - apple vinegar - agricultural fertilizers - cocoa powder – anise – laura leaves - enzymes).

(2,025) Milliard Dollars is the value of Egypt's non-petroleum exports during October 2019.

GOEIC announced in its monthly report of Egypt's non-petroleum exports during October 2019, the total value of Egypt's non-petroleum exports is (2,025) milliard dollars.
This report also showed that the value of Egypt's non-petroleum industrial exports during October 2019 reached (1,664) milliard dollars, while the value of Egypt's non-petroleum food exports reached (369) million dollar during the same period.

أظهر التقرير الشهرى الصادر من الهيئة العامه للرقابه على الصادرات والواردات أن حجم الصادرات المصرية غير البترولية خلال شهر أكتوبر2019 بلغت (2.025) مليار دولار.
وأوضح التقرير أن حجم الصادرات المصرية غير البترولية للسلع الصناعية خلال شهر أكتوبر 2019 بلغت (1.661) مليار دولار كما بلغت الصادرات المصرية غير البترولية للسلع الغذائية (364) مليون دولار خلال نفس الفترة.

إصدار عدد (28043) شهادة منشأ خلال شهر أكتوبر 2019

قامت الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات بإصدار عدد (28.043) شهادة منشأ خلال شهر إكتوبر 2019 وذلك طبقاً لبروتوكولات قواعد المنشأ المطبقة بالإتفاقيات التفضيلية المبرمة بين مصر والدول الأخرى لتطبيق الإعفاءات والمزايا الجمركية والتي تمنح للصادرات المصرية وكانت هذه الشهادات ما بين (شعار جامعة الدول العربية، إتفاق ثنائى، كوميسا،MERCSOUR، EUR1، FORM-A، وغيرها).
كما قامت الهيئة بالتحقق من منشأ البضائع الصادرة من وإلى الدول المبرم معها إتفاقيات تفضيلية حيث قامت بالتحقق لعدد (83) شهادة صادرة عن نفس الفترة.
كما تقوم الهيئة بمتابعة أخر مستجدات الموقف التنفيذي الخاص بمذكرات التفاهم الموقعة بين مصر وكل من (تونس -الأردن-الكويت – السعودية – لبنان-السودان-البحرين – سلطنة عمان- الصومال والسنغال – دول اتفاقية أغادير) في مجال الاعتراف المتبادل بشهادات المطابقة للسلع الصناعية غير الغذائية.

GOEIC issued a number of (28043) Certificates of Origin during October 2019 in accordance with the rules of origin protocols applied by the agreements concluded between Egypt and other countries to apply exemptions and customs benefits granted to Egyptian exports, these certificates were among: (The League of Arab States Logo - Bilateral Agreement – COMESA – MERCSOUR – EUR1 – FORMA-A – etc.)
GOEIC also verified the origin of exported goods to and from countries with which preferential agreements are concluded with a number of (83) certificate of the same period.
GOEIC is also following up on the latest executive position concerning the memorandums of understanding signed between Egypt and (Tunisia – Jordan – Kuwait – Saudi Arabia – Lebanon – Sudan – Bahrain – Oman – Somalia & Senegal - Agadir Agreement States) in the field of mutual recognition of Conformity certificates for the industrial (not food) goods.
