بدء تطبيق القرار 403 لسنة 2022 بشان استيراد بعض السلع بشروط خاصة طبقا للملحق 3 من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005 اعتبارا من 5/10/2022 عقد السيد المهندس عصام النجار رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات أجتماعاً مع شركات الفحص والمراجعة المسجلة بالهيئة بشأن تطبيق القرار 403 لسنة 2022 والخاص بأستيراد بعض السلع بشروط خاصة طبقاً لملحق 3 من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005 اعتبارا من 5/10/2022. حيث يشترط للافراج على الرسائل المستوردة من هذه الاصناف ان تكون من احد المنتجين المسجلين بالهيئة العامة للرقابة علي الصادرات والواردات وفقا لاحكام المادة 94 من هذه اللائحة أو تقديم شهادة فحص ومراجعة موثقة ومعتمدة تتضمن بيانات الرسالة ونتائج الفحص والاختبار التي تفيد المطابقة للمواصفات القياسية المصرية المعتمدة علي ان تصدرهذه الشهادة من جهة معتمدة من أحد الجهات المعتمدة من الاتحاد الدولي أو من جهة مصرية أو أجنبية لديها معامل معتمدة ومتخصصة في الاختبارات المطلوبة لكل سلعة يوافق عليها الوزيرالمختص بالتجارة الخارجية ,علي أن تقوم الهيئة العامة للرقابة علي الصادرات والواردات بإخضاع هذه الرسائل للفحص العشوائي.
رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات يعلن بدء التسجيل ببرنامج نظام المصدر المعتمد على موقع الهيئة اعتبارا من مطلع شهر اكتوبر نظمت الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات بالتعاون مع مصلحة الجمارك المصرية ورشة عمل للمصدرين "بعنوان آليات تنفيذ نظام المُصدِر المُعتمد وذلك بمشاركة خبير بالجمارك الإيطالية لعرض الوضع التنفيذي المطبق بالاتحاد الأوروبي لتنفيذ آلية المصدر المعتمد. وأكد المهندس عصام النجار رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات أنه سيتم إتاحة بدء التسجيل ببرنامج المصدر المعتمد على موقع الهيئة www.goeic.gov.eg إعتباراً من الأول من شهر أكتوبر المقبل مشيراً إلى انه سيتم البدء بتسجيل عدد 107 شركة المنضمين لنظام الفاعل الاقتصادي كمرحلة أولى وتسجيل باقي الشركات المصدرة في المرحلة التالية.
