بدء تطبيق القرار 403 لسنة 2022 والخاص بأستيراد بعض السلع بشروط خاصة طبقاً لملحق 3 من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005 اعتبارا من 5/10/2022 عقد السيد المهندس عصام النجار رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات أجتماعاً مع شركات الفحص والمراجعة المسجلة بالهيئة بشأن تطبيق القرار 403 لسنة 2022 والخاص بأستيراد بعض السلع بشروط خاصة طبقاً لملحق 3 من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005 اعتبارا من 5/10/2022. حيث يشترط للافراج على الرسائل المستوردة من هذه الاصناف ان تكون من احد المنتجين المسجلين بالهيئة العامة للرقابة علي الصادرات والواردات وفقا لاحكام المادة 94 من هذه اللائحة او تقديم شهادة فحص ومراجعة موثقة ومعتمدة تتضمن بيانات الرسالة ونتائج الفحص والاختبار التي تفيد المطابقة للمواصفات القياسية المصرية المعتمدة علي ان تصدرهذه الشهادة من جهة معتمدة من احد الجهات المعتمدة من الاتحاد الدولي او من جهة مصرية او اجنبية لديها معامل معتمدة ومتخصصة في الاختبارات المطلوبة لكل سلعة يوافق عليها الوزيرالمختص بالتجارة الخارجية ,علي ان تقوم الهيئة العامة للرقابة علي الصادرات والواردات بإخضاع هذه الرسائل للفحص العشوائي.
Entry into force of Decree No. 403 of 2022 on the import of certain goods in accordance with annex 3 of Regulation No. 770 of 2005 as of 5/10/2022 Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, held a meeting with the registered inspection and review companies of GOEIC on the implementation of Decree No. 403 of 2022 concerning the import of certain goods under special conditions in accordance with annex 3 of regulation 770 of 2005 as of 5/10/2022. The release of letters imported from these items is required to be from one of the registered producers of the General Organization for Export and Import Control in accordance with the provisions of Article 94 of these Regulations or to submit a certified inspection and review certificate containing the data of the letter and the results of the inspection and testing that indicate conformity with the Egyptian approved standards. The certificate must be issued by an authorized authority of the International Federation (ILAC) or by an Egyptian or foreign authority. It has certified laboratories and specializes in the tests required for each commodity approved by the Minister of Foreign Trade. The General Organization for Export and Import Control shall subject these letters to random inspection.
Mise en œuvre de la résolution 403 de 2022 concernant l'importation de certaines marchandises conformément à l'annexe 3 du règlement 770 de 2005 L'ingénieur Essam Al-Nagar, chef de GOEIC, a tenu une réunion avec les sociétés d'inspection et d'audit enregistrées auprès de l'autorité concernant la mise en œuvre de la résolution 403 de 2022 concernant l'importation de certaines marchandises dans des conditions spéciales conformément à Annexe 3 du Règlement 770 de 2005 du 05/10/2022. Lorsqu'il est nécessaire de libérer les envois importés de ces types de l'un des producteurs enregistrés auprès de GOEIC conformément aux dispositions de l'article 94 du présent règlement, ou de soumettre un examen documenté et approuvé et certificat d'audit qui comprend les données d'expédition et les résultats des examens et des tests qui indiquent la conformité aux spécifications de la norme égyptienne approuvée.Ce certificat est délivré par un organisme agréé par l'un des organismes agréés par la Fédération internationale, ou par un organisme égyptien ou étranger qui a des laboratoires agréés et spécialisés dans les tests requis pour chaque marchandise agréés par le ministre chargé du commerce extérieur, étant entendu que GOEIC soumettra ces cargaisons à un examen aléatoire.
