It also celebrated the first anniversary of the founding of the Yemeni Business Council in Egypt. GOEIC holds a workshop for Real Estate Brokers The General Organization for Export and Import Control announces the holding of a workshop for real estate brokers and all those working in this field on Thursday 26/5/2022 at 10 a.m. at GOEIC in the airport in order to discuss and explain Law 21/2022 amending certain provisions of Law No. 120/1982 by promulgating the Commercial Agency's Business Regulation Act and certain business intermediations. The workshop will discuss: (definition of real estate broker - overview of the controls of real estate brokers on combating money laundering and terrorist financing - overview of negative lists - categories of real estate brokers - procedures for registration in the register of commercial agents - obligations and penalties for real estate brokers).
