Honoring the Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control at the 32nd National Day Ceremony of the Republic of Yemen GOEIC,Yemeni business council The Yemeni Embassy in Egypt held a ceremony to mark the 32nd anniversary of Yemen's unity 22 May. It also celebrated the first anniversary of the founding of the Yemeni Business Council in Egypt. The conference was launched under the care of Dr. Mohammed Ali Marm, Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen in Cairo. Eng./ Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, said his speech on this dignified occasion: Ladies and gentlemen Welcome to your second homeland Egypt. I am pleased and honored to welcome you today to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Yemeni people on the anniversary of the National Day of the Sisterly Republic of Yemen. It is a cherished and dignified memory in which a dignified life has been achieved for the sons of Yemen, which is full of ancestral achievements. At the outset, I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Ali Marm, Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen in Cairo, Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps. I also thank Mr. Mohammed Ali Al-Mujahid, President of the Right Business Council in Egypt. We are keen to strengthen the fruitful areas of cooperation in the examination of industries that come within the competence of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, which is one of the arms of the Ministry of Trade and Industry and is a key focus of the State's strategy to promote and develop foreign trade. The Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, Eng. /Essam Al-Najjar, was celebrated by Ambassador Mohammed Ali Marm of the Republic of Yemen in Cairo, Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, to honor Egyptian and Yemeni authorities and personalities who helped to establish and support the Right Business Council in Egypt.
GOEIC holds a workshop for Real Estate Brokers The General Organization for Export and Import Control announces the holding of a workshop for real estate brokers and all those working in this field on Thursday 26/5/2022 at 10 a.m. at GOEIC in the airport in order to discuss and explain Law 21/2022 amending certain provisions of Law No. 120/1982 by promulgating the Commercial Agency's Business Regulation Act and certain business intermediations. The workshop will discuss: (definition of real estate broker - overview of the controls of real estate brokers on combating money laundering and terrorist financing - overview of negative lists - categories of real estate brokers - procedures for registration in the register of commercial agents - obligations and penalties for real estate brokers).
