The Egyptian exports and the imports during the first quarter of 2021:
The Egyptian non – petroleum exports increased during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching 7.438 billion dollars versus 6.990 billion dollars during the same period of the previous year 2020.
While The Egyptian imports recorded 16.991 billion dollars during the period from (January till March) 2021.
The development of the Egyptian imports and exports of the country groups during the first quarter of 2021:
-The exports to the EUROPEAN UNION group recorded(2.376) billion dollar, while its imports recorded (4.600) billion dollar.
-The exports to the Arab countries group recorded (2.295) billion dollar, while its imports recorded (1.602) billion dollar.
-The exports to the UNITED STATE OF AMERICA group recorded (498) Million dollar, while its imports recorded (1.495) billion dollar.
-The exports to the African States excluding Arab states group recorded (368) million dollar, while its imports recorded (160) million dollar.
-The exports to the P.R.C group came with value (179) Million dollar, while its imports came to record (3.145) billion dollars.
The exports development of the Egyptian sectors during the first quarter of 2021:
- The chemical and fertilizers sector recorded the first place at the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching (1.530) billion dollar.
-The building materials and metal industries sector recorded the second place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021reaching (1.353) billion dollar.
-The food industries sector recorded the third place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching (965) million dollar.
-The agricultural crops sector recorded the fourth place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching (880) million dollar.
-The engineering and electronic goods sector recorded the fifth place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching(739) million dollar.
-The ready- made garments sector recorded the sixth place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching (434) million dollar.
-The yarn and textiles industries sector recorded the seventh place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 which reaching (209) million dollar.
-The medical industries sector recorded the eighth place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching (174) million dollar.
-The furnishing sector recorded the ninth place of the value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching (149) million dollar.
-The printing, packaging and paper sector recorded the tenth place ofthe value of the Egyptian exports during the period from (January till March) 2021 reaching (83) million dollar.
