To discuss the work program for the visit of the delegation of experts appointed by the Korean International Cooperation Agency and scheduled to be held at GOEIC. The Korean experts intend to conduct a field study to begin the implementation phases of the organization’s submitted project work plan for applying integrated risk management in all its stages with digital connectivity and automating the procedures of all of the GOEIC’s laboratories with the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), as well as establishing an internal tracking and control system for industrial and non-food goods.

The meeting aims to discuss the work program for the visit of the delegation of experts appointed by the Korea International Cooperation Agency scheduled to be held at GOEIC from 7th to 18th of January 2024 to conduct the field study to begin the implementation stages of the work plan of GOEIC’s submitted project related to implementing integrated risk management in all its stages, With digital connectivity and automation of the procedures of all GOEIC’s laboratories with the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), as well as the establishment of an internal tracking and control system for industrial and non-food goods.
The meeting discussed the schedule and tasks of the expert delegation’s visit, as well as the next steps to prepare for the project implementation phases, which will include preparing the technical requirements for implementation, including equipment, software design, and digital devices, with the aim of fully implementing the integrated risk management system in controlling and tracking industrial and non-food goods in the border and post-border phases, using the latest artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analysis application systems in this field.
