GOEIC – The General Organization for Export and Import Control reminds the real estate brokers that it is necessary to register in the record of real estate brokers News GOEIC stimulate the real estate brokers (real estate marketer- broker or real estate agent) to register in the record of real estate brokers of GOEIC according to what the first and second articles stipulate at the executive legislation for law 120/1982 to organize the commercial agents’ works and some of commercial brokerage works. That GOEIC holds both of (commercial agents’ record /scientific, technical, advisory services office for companies and foreign establishment’s record and real estate broker’s record). It was received at the article (16) from law which mentioned before, to be punished by imprisonment a period not less than six months and a penalty not less than five hundred pounds and not more than ten thousand pounds or both punishments on all who practice the commercial agents or real estate brokerage without being registered at the real estate brokers record of GOEIC. Based on the constructive and mutual cooperation between GOEIC and the state devices, the Internal Trade Development Agency issued the instructions to all commercial record offices “prohibited to registry any origin of commercial record or tagging to which it has a (real estate brokers) activity. Only after, submitting evidence indicating his registration in the real estate brokers of GOEIC”. The Egyptian Tax Authority issued its periodic book (2)/2020 concerning real estate brokerage financiers as” the organization warning all its units which are obligated to receive tax returns from the financiers who practice real estate brokerage ,check that there is evidence of their registration in the real estate brokerage record of GOEIC.
إفتتاح غرفة حفظ الوثائق المركزية للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات بفرع السادس من أكتوبر الاخبار قام اللواء إسماعيل جابر – رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات بإفتتاح غرفة حفظ الوثائق المركزية للهيئة بفرع السادس من أكتوبر وذلك يوم السبت الموافق 26سبتمبر2020، والتى تحتوى على أماكن لحفظ حوالى خمسون ألف ملف يتم التحكم فيها بالكامل عن طريق أجهزة الحاسب الآلى، كما تم الأخذ فى الإعتبار أثناء إنشاؤها كافة الإجراءات الأمنية ضد أخطار الحريق والسرقة. عقب الإفتتاح قام سيادته بالمرور على جميع إدارات فرع أكتوبر، حيث أستمع لجميع العاملين بالفرع وإقتراحاتهم لتطوير منظومة العمل وقدم لهم الشكر على المجهود المبذول خلال الفترة الماضية. ويأتى هذا الإفتتاح تنفيذا للأهداف الإستراتيجية لوزارة التجارة والصناعة طبقاً لرؤية مصر 2030 وذلك بميكنة كافة الإجراءات وإستكمالاً لخطط تطوير الهيئة فى كافة المجالات.

News Major general/ Ismail Gaber chairman of board of General Organization of Export and Import Control opened the “central save documents “chamber at 6th of October branch on 26 of september2020, which contain places of fifty thousand files with fully controlled by a computer, also all security procedures have been taken against the dangers of fire and theft. After opening, he passed through all administrations of 6th of October branch, where he listened to all employees and their suggestions about developing the work system. He also thanks all of them for their effort during the previous period. This opening comes to be an implementation of the strategic objectives of the ministry of trade and industry, according to Egypt’s 2030 vision, by automated all procedures and completed the plans of development of the organization in all fields.
