Minister of trade and Industry issues a decision on the competence of the GOEIC to issue certificates of free sale of exported industrial goods and products GOEIC,Free Sale,The ministry of trade and industry Ms. Nevein Jamma, Minister of Trade and Industry, issued a decision on the competence of the General Organization for Export and Import Control to issue certificates for the free sale of industrial goods and products whose export requires the existence of such certificates. The decision shall operate from the day after the date of its publication in the Egyptian facts. Eng./ Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, explained that the certificates of free sale prove that the product to be exported is sold or traded in the Local market and orders certain goods when exporting to some countries, which include cosmetics products, supplies, sterile and non-sterile medical devices, some food and pharmaceutical products and some materials of the pharmaceutical industry.
