طبقًا للمادة 99 من اللائحة التنفيذية 770 لسنة 2005 :

تلتزم فروع الهيئة بتسليم المستورد بواقي العينات التي تم فحصها. •
فى حالة عـدم تقدم المستورد أو من ينيبه لاستلامها خـلال ١٥ يوماً من تاريخ علمه بالنتائج النهائية للفحص يتم التصرف فيها وفقًا للقواعد التي يصدر بها قرار من الوزير المتخص بالتجارة الخارجية.

Conformément à l’article 99 du règlement exécutif 770 de 2005 :

Les succursales de l’Administration se sont engagées à livrer les échantillons inspectés à l’importateur. •
Si l’importateur ou son représentant ne se présente pas pour le recevoir dans les 15 jours suivant la connaissance des résultats définitifs de l’examen, il en sera disposé conformément aux règles établies par décision du ministre du Commerce extérieur.
