  1. Le registre du commerce ne peut être délivré et les activités de courtage immobilier ne peuvent être exercées sans inscription au Registre des Courtiers Immobiliers conformément à la Loi n° 120 de 1982.
  2. L'Administration fiscale a émis la Circulaire n° 2 de 2020, exigeant des financiers en courtage immobilier de fournir la preuve de leur inscription au Registre des Courtiers Immobiliers auprès de la (GOEIC).
  3. Avant d'obtenir ou de renouveler le registre du commerce, une lettre du Registre des Courtiers Immobiliers à la (GOEIC) indiquant l'inscription temporaire de l'établissement au Registre des Courtiers Immobiliers est requise jusqu'à la délivrance du registre du commerce.
