Conformément à la Loi 21 de 2022, les personnes qui se livrent au courtage ou à la facilitation de contrats liés à l’immobilier et aux terres, que ce soit pour l’achat, la vente, la location ou la médiation de telles transactions, doivent être inscrites au Registre des courtiers immobiliers auprès de l’autorité.
