• تقوم الادارة العامة لسجل المستوردين باصدار بطاقة القيد فى سجل المستوردين التى تعتبر بمثابة تصريح دخول للمنتجات المستوردة بعد فحصها فى الادارة المختصه والتى يتم من خلالها التعامل فى المنافذ الجمركية.
• من حق المنشأة الاختيار مابين 21 مجموعه سلعية والتى تحدد مسبقا من خلال النشاط فى صحيفة القيد فى السجل التجارى
• تقوم الادارة بفحص المستندات الخاصىه بالمنشأة ومدى مطابقتها للوائح والقوانين المنظمة لذلك ،وفى حالة الموافقة على القيد يتم اصدار بطاقة قيد لمدة خمس سنوات قابله للتجديد.
