GOEIC sign a cooperation protocol with the Chamber of Chemical Industries of the Federation of Egyptian Industries   Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, and Mr. Dr.Shrief al Gabaly, Chairman of the Chamber of Chemical Industries of the Federation of Egyptian Industries signed a joint cooperation protocol together. The Protocol aims to reinforcement the cooperation between the General Organization of Export and Import Control and the Chamber of Chemical Industries in the field of chemical analysis in GOEIC's laboratories and the exchange of information and data. The Protocol includes both substantive and technical cooperation in the analysis of samples of exports and imports of factories of members of the General Assembly. This Protocol is a step in contributing to supporting the industrial sector and the chemical industry in particular to facilitate the termination of the plant's procedures.

L'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations signe un protocole de coopération conjoint avec la Chambre des industries chimiques de la Fédération des industries égyptiennes Aujourd'hui, l'ingénieur Essam El-Nagar, président du conseil d'administration de l'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations, a signé un protocole de coopération avec le Dr Sherif El-Gabaly, président de la Chambre des industries chimiques de la Fédération des industries égyptiennes. Le protocole vise à renforcer la coopération entre l'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations et la Chambre des industries chimiques dans le domaine des analyses chimiques dans les laboratoires de l'Organisation et l'échange d'informations et de données. Le protocole prévoyait une coopération technique et organique dans le domaine d'analyse d'échantillons d'exportation et d'importation pour les usines des membres de l'Assemblée générale. Ce protocole est considéré comme une étape contribuant à soutenir le secteur industriel et les industries chimiques en particulier, pour faciliter l'accomplissement des procédures pour les usines.

Engineer/Essam Al-Najjar Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control issues a decision to establish the Exporters' Support Unit GOEIC,Export,exporter support unit Eng. Essam Al-Najjar Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control issues a decision to establish the Exporter Support Unit, aiming to face the constraints facing the exporters and to study their proposals that contribute to achieving the targets of the State's 100 billion dollar export access plan.  The Exporters' Support Unit is responsible for the following: Examine and Study complaints from exporters. Handling of the obstacles of the export sector directly and immediately in coordination with the competent authorities. Effective and immediate communication with exporters, solving their problems, providing support and assistance and overcoming obstacles facing the export sector. Coordinate with relevant governmental and non-governmental agencies to assist exporters in achieving the Unit's objectives. Periodic follow-up on actions to overcome obstacles and problems and propose appropriate mechanisms to prevent their recurrence. Near the expiration of the time limit for the reconciliation of the situation under decree No. 991 / 2015 and 96 / 2022 from 20/5/2022 We note the producers and importers that the deadline for reconciling the conditions for the Ministerial Decree No.  991 / 2015 and Decree No. 96 / 2022 have come to the end of 20 May 2022, which is for the import of certain goods on special terms. The Decree stated that no shipment should proceed. (shoes, leather suitcases, ready- made garments, mattresses, floor sheets, paddles, watches, kitchens, diapers, tools from glass, household appliances, mattresses, children's toys, etc.) + (items of Decree No. 96), Unless the shipment is from one of the producers registered with GOIEC in accordance with the provisions of article (94) of the list of import rules No. 770 /2005 and its modifications, or the importer submits a certified inspection and revised certificate containing the data of the shipment, and the results of the examination and testing that indicate conformity, to the Egyptian standard specifications approved by International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). Note: The entry of the goods in the decision will only be permitted in the presence of a pre-inspection certificate before shipping or registration of the lists of the apparent examination of the General Organization of Export and Import Control.   -Ministerial Decree No. 991 of 2015 - Ministerial Decree No. 96 of 2022
