Registration and Re-registration in the Registry of Commercial Agents (Advertising and Advertising Activities)

  • The practice of commercial agency activities is not permitted except after registration with GOEIC in accordance with Law 120 of 1982.
  • The Tax Authority issued Circular No. 2 of 2020 regarding the obligation of sponsors and advertising agents to provide evidence of their registration with GOEIC in the registry of commercial agents.
  • Before obtaining the commercial registry or renewing it, it is necessary to obtain a letter from the registry of commercial agents at GOEIC indicating the temporary registration of the establishment in the registry of advertising and advertising agents until the commercial registry is issued.

Inscription et réinscription au Registre des Agents Commerciaux (Activité de Publicité et de l'Annonce)

  • L'exercice des activités d'agence commerciale n'est pas autorisé sauf après enregistrement auprès du (GOEIC) conformément à la loi 120 de 1982. 
  • L'Autorité fiscale a publié la Circulaire n° 2 de 2020 concernant l'obligation des parrains et des agents publicitaires de fournir une preuve de leur enregistrement auprès du (GOEIC) dans le registre des agents commerciaux. 
  • Avant d'obtenir le registre commercial ou de le renouveler, il est nécessaire d'obtenir une lettre du registre des agents commerciaux au (GOEIC) indiquant l'enregistrement temporaire de l'établissement dans le registre des agents publicitaires et de publicité jusqu'à ce que le registre commercial soit délivré.
