  • يجوز للشركات المصرية التي من بين مؤسسيها أجانب القيد بسجل السماسرة العقاريين مع مرعاة الشروط والمستندات والإجراءات المنصوص عليها بقانون تنظيم أعمال الوكالة التجارية وبعض أعمال الوساطة التجارية والسمسرة العقارية الصادر بالقانون رقم 120لسنة 1982 وتعديلاته ولائحته التنفيذية.

  • يجب على كل من يقوم بأعمال السمسرة أو التسويق أو الوساطة العقارية في غير مجال التمويل العقاري أو السعي لإبرام العقود المتعلقة بالعقارات والأراضي المبنية أو الفضاء ، سواء أعمال شرائها أو بيعها أو تأجيرها أو التوسط في أي مما سبق القيد في سجل السماسرة العقاريين طبقا للمادة 2 من القانون المذكور ولائحته .
