L'Organisation générale pour le contrôle des exportations et des importations est chargée de faire correspondre les marchandises importées et exportées conformément aux spécifications standard de délivrer des certificats d'origine, d'extraite les dossiers commerciaux et de fournir des données sur le commerce extérieur par voie électronique afin d’aider les fabricants et les décideurs de donner le meilleur deux mêmes pour attendre la satisfaction de la clientèle

Mise en place du système de mangement de la qualité sur toutes les procédures des activités de l'Organisation conformément aux normes internationales ISO9001 pour l'année 2015.
Il est mis à disposition des intéressés des clients sur demande et de tous aux qui s'intéressent à l'activité de l'Organisation.
Répondre aux exigences réglementaires légales et des client actuelles et prévues.
Travailler avec des employés au plus haut niveau d'efficacité, une formation continue sur les méthodes modernes et l'échange d'expériences avec des organismes de service similaires.
Revoir la politique et les objectifs qualité dans le cadre des revues de direction et s'assurer de leur compréhension et de leur mise en œuvre.
Amélioration continue du système de gestion de la qualité appliqué dans l'Organisation, ce qui conduit à l'amélioration de performance des activités de l'autorité.
L'Organisation s'engage à remplir toutes les exigences de la norme internationale ISO 9001 pour l'année 2015 laquelle elle s'applique.

General Organization for Export and Import Control participated in many events during January 2020 which aimed to Trade Facilitation, Exports Development and Consumer Protection inside and outside, these events are:
1- Participation in the supreme committee meeting to organize and export potatoes - on January 28, 2020
2- Organizing and holding a meeting concerning the World Bank visit to GOEIC to organize a workshop to discuss the situation of Egypt in Trade Facilitation Agreement within the framework of World Trade Organization – at GOEIC on January 13, 2020.
3- Participation in the meeting of Trade Facilitation concerning the World Bank visit to organize a workshop to discuss the situation of Egypt in Trade Facilitation Agreement within the framework of World Trade Organization – at Trade Agreements Sector on January 22, 2020.
