1. Obtention d'un certificat négatif ou positif concernant la position de l'établissement ou de l'entreprise dans le registre des importateurs.
2. Cette demande peut être faite par la personne concernée ou par une personne ayant le pouvoir de gérer ou de signer au nom de l'établissement.
3. Alternativement, elle peut être demandée par des organismes gouvernementaux tels que les tribunaux ou les autorités fiscales, etc.

Radiation à la demande de l'importateur et remboursement de l'assurance conformément à la Loi n° 121 de 1982 et au Règlement tel que modifié par la Loi n° 7 de 2017.
