• إنشاء المكاتب الأجنبية التي تعمل في مجال دراسة الأسواق وتقديم الخدمات العلمية والفنية والاستشارية في مجال منتجات الشركة الأجنبية الراغبة في فتح مكتب لها في مصر طبقًا للقانون ١٢٠ لسنة 1982.
• بعد الحصول على الموافقة اللازمة على إنشاء المكتب الأجنبي من الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات يمكنكم القيد في سجل المكاتب الأجنبية طبقًا للقانون ١٢٠ لسنة 1982.

• Établissement de bureaux étrangers engagés dans la recherche de marché et la fourniture de services scientifiques, techniques et de conseil relatifs aux produits d'une entreprise étrangère souhaitant ouvrir un bureau en Égypte, conformément à la Loi n° 120 de 1982.

Après avoir obtenu l'approbation nécessaire pour l'établissement du bureau étranger de l'Organisation Générale de Contrôle des Exportations et Importations (GOEIC), vous pouvez vous enregistrer dans le Registre des Bureaux Étrangers conformément à la Loi n° 120 de 1982

• Establishment of foreign offices engaged in market research and the provision of scientific, technical, and consultancy services related to the products of a foreign company wishing to open an office in Egypt, according to Law No. 120 of 1982.
• After obtaining the necessary approval for establishing the foreign office from the (GOEIC), you can register in the Foreign Offices Register according to Law No. 120 of 1982.

1. Obtaining a negative or positive certificate regarding the position of the establishment or company about registration in the Importers Register:
2. This can be done at the request of the concerned person or an individual with the authority to manage or sign on behalf of the establishment.
3. Alternatively, it can be requested by government agencies such as courts or tax authorities, Etc.)

1. Obtention d'un certificat négatif ou positif concernant la position de l'établissement ou de l'entreprise dans le registre des importateurs.
2. Cette demande peut être faite par la personne concernée ou par une personne ayant le pouvoir de gérer ou de signer au nom de l'établissement.
3. Alternativement, elle peut être demandée par des organismes gouvernementaux tels que les tribunaux ou les autorités fiscales, etc.
