Registration in the importers' register is in accordance with Law No. 121 of 1982 amended in accordance with Law 7 of 2017 and Law 173 of 2023.

To Registration or re-registration enterprises subject to the Investment Law No. 72 of 2017 imported for trade, the Commercial Registry shall state that: -

• Imported for trafficking and subject to the Importers' Register 
  Law No. 121 of 1982 or Law No. 7 of 2017 and Low No. 173 of 2023.
• If the commercial registry provides for activities outside of Law No 72 of 2017, the import must include.

L'enregistrement dans le registre des importateurs est conforme à la loi n° 121 de 1982 modifiée par la loi n° 7 de 2017 et la loi n° 173 de 2023. Pour l'enregistrement ou le ré-enregistrement des entreprises soumises à la loi sur l'investissement n° 72 de 2017 importées pour le commerce, le registre du commerce doit indiquer que :

Importé pour le commerce et soumis au registre des importateurs selon la loi n° 121 de 1982 ou la loi n° 7 de 2017 et la loi n° 173 de 2023.

Si le registre du commerce prévoit des activités en dehors de la loi n° 72 de 2017, l'importation doit être incluse.
