Inspection of more than ( 3 Million Tons) at GOEIC Labs during October 2019 News M.G. Ismael Gaber the Chairman of GOEIC announced that GOEIC Labs inspected number of (19.465) laboratory shipments during October 2019 with total weight (3.691.498 Tons). (19.177) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (3.687.009 Tons), while (288) shipments were rejected with total weight (4.489 Tons) for not conforming the Egyptian standard specifications. GOEIC performance indicators explained that the industrial labs inspected (12.224) industrial shipment with total weight (909.487 Tons) during October 2019. (12.160) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (909.078 Tons) where the most important accepted items: (cloths - cars spare parts - tableware) while (64) industrial shipments were rejected with total weight (409Tons) where the most important rejected items: (bags - wallets and shoes - filters - electric tools). As for the Food Labs, GOEIC inspected (7.241) food shipments with total weight (2.782.011 Tons) during the same period of time. (7.017) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (2.777.931 Tons) where the most important accepted items: (grains - meat- fish- vegetarian oil and fats) while (224) shipments were rejected with total weight (4.080 Tons) and the most important rejected items are: (green coffee-beans- mackerel - feeds - frozen liver - custard powder - types of sauce- fillet fish (pasa) – yoghurt cream - kinds of cheese – taste additives - apple vinegar - agricultural fertilizers - cocoa powder – anise – laura leaves - enzymes).
(21%) Decrease in the value of The Egyptian non-petroleum Imports during September 2019 compared to September 2018 News M.G. Ismael Gaber - Chairman of GOEIC announced that GOEIC had issued its comparative monthly report of September 2019 for the Egyptian non-petroleum imports which showed a decrease in the Egyptian non- petroleum imports with a value of (1.381) milliard dollars or (21%) compared to September 2018. Where the value of the Egyptian non- petroleum imports during September 2019 reached (5.110) milliard dollars versus (6.491) milliard dollars during September 2018. The report also illuminates a decrease in the value of the imports of (11) sectors, starting with the imports of “Construction Materials” with a noticeable decrease to be (731 MDs) in September 2019 compared to (1.089 Milliard Ds) in September 2018 which mean (33% decrease). Then came the imports of “Ready-made Cloths” with value (46 MDS) in September 2019 compared to (63 MDS) in September 2018 (27% decrease). The imports of “Furniture” reached (135 MDs) during September 2019 compared to (181 MDS) in September 2018 (26% decrease), then “Leather, Shoes and leather products” recorded a decrease in its imports with value (15 MDs) in September 2019 versus (20 MDs) (24% decrease) during the same period of the previous year. Then we find a decrease in the imports of “Engineering and Electronic products” to become (1.456 Milliard Ds) in September 2019 compared to (1.890 Milliard Ds) during the same period of the previous year. Followed also by a decrease in the imports of “Handcrafts”, "Fertilizers and chemical products", "Yarn and Textiles", "Food Industries" and "Agriculture Crops"

News GOEIC issued a statement of the most important country groups for the Egyptian non-petroleum exports during the first nine months of 2019, where it came at the beginning the value of Egypt's exports of the "States of the Arab League" to be (6.824 milliard dollars). Followed by the group of the "European Union" states with value (5.626 milliard dollars), then came the rest of world countries with value) 4.035 milliard dollars) then "United States of America" with value (1.635 milliard dollars), after that came the group of "African States" (without Arab states) with value (1.038 milliard dollars).

Followed by Ethylene polymers, T-shirts, Aromatic materials mixtures, Polyacetals and polyethyl ethers, medicine, propylene polymers, bars and sheets of films, the glass fibre, pads and baby diapers, soap and detergents. Then finally the building stones, alcohols, furniture, bars and rods of Aluminium came at the end of the list.
(252) Million Dollars, the value of the most important (20) food items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports – during September 2019 News GOEIC announced in the monthly report of the most important (20) food items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during September 2019 where fresh fruits begins the list of these items, then came wheat flour, cheese, soybean oil, onion, garlic and chocolates. Followed by dry legumes, frozen vegetables, taro and sweet potato, then came fruits and vegetables with peels, seeds, plants and its parts, sugar cane, seeds and fruits, dates, figs and pineapple. Finally tobacco, fruits juice, bakery, pastries and food preparations came at the end of the list.
