General Organization of Export and Import Control issued its monthly report to show that the value of Egypt's non-petroleum exports during November 2019 reached (1.905) billion dollars.
The report clarified that the value of Egypt's non-petroleum exports of the industrial goods during November 2019 is (1.565) billion dollars, while the value of the Egypt's non -petroleum exports of the food goods during November 2019 is (340) million dollars during the same period.

Issuing (26598) Certificates of Origin during November 2019

GOEIC issued a number of (26598) Certificates of Origin during November 2019 in accordance with the rules of origin protocols applied by the preferential agreements concluded between Egypt and other countries to apply exemptions and customs benefits granted to Egyptian exports, these certificates were among: (The League of Arab States Logo - Bilateral Agreement – COMESA – MERCSOUR – EUR1 – FORMA-A – etc.)
GOEIC also verified the origin of exported goods to and from countries with which preferential agreements are concluded with a number of (55) certificate of the same period.
GOEIC is also following up on the latest executive position concerning the memorandums of understanding signed between Egypt and (Tunisia – Jordan – Kuwait – Saudi Arabia – Lebanon – Sudan – Bahrain – Oman – Somalia & Senegal - Agadir Agreement States) in the field of mutual recognition of Conformity certificates for the industrial (not food) goods.

GOEIC announced in the monthly report about the most important (20) food items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during November 2019 where cheese begins the list of these items, chocolates ,wheat flour, fresh fruits, fresh and frozen onion and Garlic.
Followed by soy bean oil, peanuts, fresh and frozen citrus, frozen vegetables, fresh and dry dates, figs and pineapple, then flour, dry beans, tobacco, unfrozen prepared vegetables, plants and its parts, frozen and fresh tomato, cane and beet sugar.
Finally came onions, food bakery, bread and pastries, and fruits juice at the end of the list.

GOEIC announced in the monthly report about the most important (20) industrial items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during November2019 that petrol oil (except its row form) begins the list of these items, then came gold, fertilizers, monitors, suits and jackets, wires and cables, and T-shirts.
Followed by Ethylene polymers, Propylene polymers, Polyacetals and polyethyl ethers, flat products, laminated cylinders 600 mm or more, stones and building stones, medicines, mixtures of aromatic substances, alcohols, detergents, pads and baby diapers.
Finally came carpets, phosphates, bars, sheets and materials of films at the end of the list.

The most important country groups for the Egyptian non-petroleum exports during November 2019

GOEIC issued a statement of the most important country groups for the Egyptian non-petroleum exports during November2019, where it came at the beginning the value of Egypt's exports of the "States of the Arab League" to be (753 million dollars).
Followed by the group of the "European Union states" with value (567 million dollars), then came "the rest of world countries" with value (362 million dollars), after that came the “United States of America" with value (117 million dollars) ,and the group of "African States" (without Arab states) comes with value (106 million dollars).

GOEIC participates in "Food Africa for Food Industries"
General Organization for Export and Import Control participated in the event of "Food Africa for Food Industries" from 9 – 11 December 2019 at Egypt Exhibition Center – Elmosheer road - the fifth settlement.
Prime Minister/ Mostafa Madbouly has opened the exhibition with many of his Ministers, and Ambassadors of foreign countries.
"Food Africa" is one of the largest international trade exhibitions specialized at Food and Agriculture industries in Africa.
GOEIC teamwork at this exhibitions is offering and providing the technical support for all visitors and exhibitors participating there through introducing and explaining the role of GOEIC, the procedures needed for importing and exporting, in addition to GOEIC food and industrial accredited labs (national and international) which apply the international standards
