Réadaptations des employés de l'organisation et augmenter leur efficacités techniques a inspecter les matières en plastique biodégradables à l'université du Nile Le chef de l'organisation de contrôle des exportations et des importations monsieur Ismail Gaber a offert le bouclier de l'organisation à l'université nationale du Nile en estimation de ses efforts pour la formation des employés et des inspecteurs des laboratoires chimiques dans les différentes branches de l'organisation (aéroport du Caire_ Port –Said _ Damiette _Dekheila) Le bouclier a été remis par l'ingénieur Rehab Sadek au nom de l'ingénieur général Ismail Gaber à l'ingénieur Ahmed-Farouk directeur des centres d'exportation et du développement de la chaine de valeur au nom du Dr. Heba Labib le directeur exécutif de l'initiative du pionniers du Nile et le directeur exécutif de la centre pour la compétitive , la créativité et l'initiative des affaires de l'université du Nile . L'organisation remercie et a exprimé sa gratitude a l'université du Nile pour son grand rôle déployé dans la formation et le soutien techniques aux différentes employés dans les laboratoires chimiques dans le but de transférer les technologies et les techniques de la production des matières plastiques biodégradables afin que les examinateurs aient la certitude de l'équivalence des exportations et des importations et leur conformité avec les spécifications demandés . Les représentants de l'organisation ont salué ce rôle avec des vœus sincères de progrès et de succès dans tous les prochains travaux de l'université .

L’Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations a lancé sa troisième version en français Par souci de l’Organisation de communiquer en permanence avec la communauté du commerce extérieur par tous les moyens de communication disponibles pour faciliter la circulation des echanges et coïncidant avec le lancement de l’Accord de Libréchange Continental Africain et son execution en vigueur au début de cette année en vue du démarrage d’une nouvelle phase de l’intégration économique africaine, L’Organisation a lancé une version d’essai en français du portail éléctronique ainsi ce portail éléctronique est disponible en trois langues principals qui sont l’arabe, l’anglais et le français.
CUSTOMERS SERVICE RETURN BACK TO LIFE AT GENERAL ORGANIZATION FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT CONTROL General Department of Public Relations,customer service department Engineer/ Essam Elnagar chairman of GOEIC reactivate the role of customer's service department after it stopped for two years due to the spread of the corona virus. He confirmed to reactivate the role of customer's service department to deal with the audience, to know all problems they faced and to solve it quickly and accurately, also to maintain the safety of the staff and customers. Engineer /Essam Elnagar asks the team work to prepare a weekly report necessary of the problems which they faced to analysis and to know the reasons if it related to GOEIC's procedures, so to solve it and avoid repetition. He urged the necessary for cooperation between departments and customers service to quickly respond to inquiries received. According to the directions of the minister of trade and industry, Dr. Nevean Gamea to upgrade the services system provided for exporters and importers community ,where under the great caring from the ministry to develop the organization as it is the only body affiliated to the ministry which available in all border and customs outlets.it is considering the safety value to save the Egyptian product reputation abroad and also the local market from entering any poor quality products and reach to the Egyptian consumer.
