GOEIC issued its monthly report about the most important (20) industrial items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during December 2019, where petrol oil (except its row shape) begins the list of these items, then came gold, suits, jackets, fertilizers, monitors, , wires and cables.
Followed by Ethylene polymers, Aromatic materials mixtures, T-shirts, Polyacetals and polyethyl ethers, medicines, bars and sheets of films, flat products laminated cylinders 600 mm or more, stones and building blocks, Propylene polymers, cotton clothes.
Then finally came pads and baby diapers, furniture, detergents and carpets at the end of the list.

GOEIC announced in its monthly report about the most important (20) food items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during December 2019 that fresh and frozen citrus begins the list of these items, then came fresh fruits, fresh and frozen onion and Garlic ,cheese, frozen vegetables, soybean oil, chocolates .
Followed by other prepared vegetables, fresh and dry dates, figs and pineapple, peanuts, tobacco, plants and its parts, frozen and fresh tomato, wheat flour, food bakery, bread and pastries.
Finally, dry beans, fruits juice, white chocolate, vegetables, fruits and food preparations came at the end of the list.

Training (6364) trainees of non-employees at the Training Centre of GOEIC

GOEIC Training Centre has trained a number of (6364) trainees of non-employees.
Including (5964) trainees of Importers at 'Practicing Importation' program through (148) programs from August 6th 2017 to December 19th 2019, and (400) trainees of Exporters at 'Practicing Exportation' program through (18) programs from October 28th 2018 to December 26th 2019.

Inspection of (43.706.622 Million Tons) at GOEIC Labs during the whole year of 2019

M.G. Ismael Gaber the Chairman of GOEIC announced that GOEIC Labs inspected (238.707) laboratory shipments during 2019 with total weight (43.706.622 Tons). (234.951) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (43.614.114 Tons), while (3.756) shipments were rejected with total weight (92.508 Tons) for not conforming the Egyptian standard specifications.
GOEIC performance indicators explained that the industrial labs inspected (154.975) industrial shipment with total weight (10.068.399 Tons) during 2019. (153.845) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (10.061.923 Tons) where the most important accepted items: (cars spare parts – cloths – tableware), while (1.130) shipments were rejected with total weight (6.476 Tons) where the most important rejected items: (bags, wallets and shoes – filters – electric tools).
As for the Food Labs, GOEIC inspected (83.732) food shipments with total weight (33.638.222 Tons) during the same period of time. (81.106) shipments of them were accepted with total weight (33.552.191 Tons) where the most important accepted items: (grains – meat – fish- vegetarian oil and fats), while (2.626) shipments were rejected with total weight (86.031 Tons) where the most important rejected items:
(Green coffee – Mackerel fish– Feeds –Frozen liver – Custard powder – kinds of sauce – Pasa Fillet-fish – Cream - kinds of cheese – Taste additives – Apple Vinegar - Agricultural fertilizers – Cocoa Powder – anise – Laure leaves - Enzymes)

M.G. Ismael Gaber - Chairman of GOEIC announced that GOEIC had issued its comparative monthly report for the Egyptian non-petroleum imports which showed a decrease in the Egyptian non- petroleum imports with a value of (1,180) billion dollars or (18% decrease) compared to December 2018. Where the value of the Egyptian non- petroleum imports during December 2019 reached (5,292) billion dollars versus (6,473) billion dollars during December 2018.
The report also illuminates a decrease in the value of the imports of (12) sectors, starting with the imports of “Shoes, Leather and Leather Products” with a value of (12 MDs) in December 2019 compared to (17 MDs) in December 2018, which is (28% decrease). Then came the imports of “The Agriculture Crops” with value (533 MDs) in December 2019 compared to (701 MDs) in December 2018, which is (24% decrease).
The imports of “Medical Industries” reached (256 MDs) in December 2019 compared to (327 MDs) in December 2018, which is (22% decrease), then “Furniture” recorded a decrease in its imports with value (119 MDs) in December 2019 versus (150 MDs) during the same period of the previous year, which is (21% decrease). Then we find a decrease in the imports of “Chemical Products and Fertilizers” to become (782 MDs) in December 2019 compared to (992 MDs) during December 2018, which is (21% decrease).
Followed by a decrease in the imports of each of “Handcrafts”, “Ready-made Cloths”, “Yarn and Textiles”, "Engineering and Electronic Products", "Food Industries" and finally "Printing, Packing, Paper and Books".
