EGAC (Egyptian Accreditation Council) renewing the accreditation of "Grains' lab" – Safaga Port

As GOEIC is very keen to develop the system of services provided to the community of exporters, importers and the trade community in a way that contributes in facilitating trade movement and developing exports.
Eng. Ismael Gaber, the chairman of GOEIC announced that the accreditation granted to "Grains' Lab" of GOEIC Food Testing Labs – Safaga branch has been renewed by EGAC (Egyptian Accreditation Council).
In the field of some tests of wheat grains and flour, in accordance with the International Standard (ISO/IEC 17025/2017) and until the end of the accreditation cycle on the 7th of February, 2025. This will allow the laboratories to use the Council accreditation logo in accordance with the Council's work rules no (R4G).

GOEIC announced in its monthly report of the most important (20) food items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during September 2020 that soybean oil begin the list of these items, then came the sugar cane, fruits and cheese.
Followed by plants and its parts, dry seeds, bakery products, wheat flour, chocolate, frozen vegetables, dates, figs and pineapple, fruits and dry fruits, onion and garlic, then came the prepared or frozen vegetables, orchid roots, and food preparations.
Finally, seeds intended for sowing, animals, pasta, yeasts came at the end of the list.
