The General Organization for Export and Import Control launches the third version of its portal in French Out of the General Organization for Export and Import Control's keenness to communicate permanently with the foreign trade community through all available means of communication to facilitate the movement of trade, And coinciding with the launch of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement and its entry into force at the beginning of this year , in preparation for the start of a new phase of African economic integration. GOEIC has launched a trial version in French language for its electronic portal. So, the portal will be available in three main languages: Arabic, English and French
L’Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations a lancé sa troisième version en français Par souci de l’Organisation de communiquer en permanence avec la communauté du commerce extérieur par tous les moyens de communication disponibles pour faciliter la circulation des echanges et coïncidant avec le lancement de l’Accord de Libréchange Continental Africain et son execution en vigueur au début de cette année en vue du démarrage d’une nouvelle phase de l’intégration économique africaine, L’Organisation a lancé une version d’essai en français du portail éléctronique ainsi ce portail éléctronique est disponible en trois langues principals qui sont l’arabe, l’anglais et le français.
CUSTOMERS SERVICE RETURN BACK TO LIFE AT GENERAL ORGANIZATION FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT CONTROL General Department of Public Relations,customer service department Engineer/ Essam Elnagar chairman of GOEIC reactivate the role of customer's service department after it stopped for two years due to the spread of the corona virus. He confirmed to reactivate the role of customer's service department to deal with the audience, to know all problems they faced and to solve it quickly and accurately, also to maintain the safety of the staff and customers. Engineer /Essam Elnagar asks the team work to prepare a weekly report necessary of the problems which they faced to analysis and to know the reasons if it related to GOEIC's procedures, so to solve it and avoid repetition. He urged the necessary for cooperation between departments and customers service to quickly respond to inquiries received. According to the directions of the minister of trade and industry, Dr. Nevean Gamea to upgrade the services system provided for exporters and importers community ,where under the great caring from the ministry to develop the organization as it is the only body affiliated to the ministry which available in all border and customs outlets.it is considering the safety value to save the Egyptian product reputation abroad and also the local market from entering any poor quality products and reach to the Egyptian consumer.
