L’ingénieur Essam Al-Naggar chef de GOEIC reçoit une délégation de la République de Somalie au centre principal de formation à GOEIC En application des directives du Ministre du Commerce et de L’industrie, M. l’ingénieur/ Ahmed Samir, visant à renforcer la coopération avec les pays africains et en application de la politique de l’État visant à accroître les échanges commerciaux africains.  L’Autorité Générale de Contrôle des Exportations et des Importations, sous le patronage de l’ingénieur Essam Al-Naggar, reçoit une délégation de la République voisine de Somalie au centre principal de formation à l’Autorité et cela dans le cadre de la coopération et de l’échange des compétences entre l’Égypte et la Somalie.  L’autorité a passé en revue également, pendant trois jours l’énorme potentiel de laboratoires chimiques, alimentaires et industriels accrédités, ainsi que son rôle efficace en ce qui concerne le développement des exportations vers l’Afrique.
