GOEIC ACHIEVEMENTS 

THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:

• The website of the organization was on the international information network (internet) which provide all the  information of all services of GOEIC with  (Arabic/English language) and it will be done in Francis , that the number of visitors reached to be (128362) visitors during 2019.
• it was finished all the development of customer service center (CALL CENTER) to receive all questions for the dealers with the organization and to solve all problems and obstacles which face all the customers ,with (Arabic/English language) through GOEIC  hot line (19591),the number of the customers reached to be(18210) during 2019.
• The development of the foreign trade warehouse in progress with total budget (20) million pounds from its own resources and by the coordination with the ministry of the information technology and communications .This aimed to develop the infrastructure and the software for data analysis and issuing the special reports concerning the movement of the trade exchange with the countries aiming to support the taken of the decision.

THE FIELD OF COMMERCIAL REGISTRATIONS:

• Developing the hall of the central administration of commercial registrations to deal with the public by the latest global systems, mechanized all the special procedures of commercial registrations, waiting places are air conditioned, and also the automated numbering system for customer’s service.
• The pre-booking applied electronically through the electronic website to provide all commercial registrations services to facilitate the customers, a suitable work environment was created, to achieve social distancing and to save dealers time where the customer can specify the appropriate day and time to receive the service.

The field of training:

•  Reservation program of the training courses was applied (certificate of practicing export –certificate of practicing import) electronically by learners through GOEIC website.
• Remote training was applied with a feature of (VIDEO CONFERENCE) through GOEIC training center, (108) trainers have been trained remotely.

THE FIELD OF QUALITY:

• Starting from 2013 GOEIC and all its branches (Cairo-Alex-Damietta-Port said-Suez) obtained the quality management system ISO 2015/9001 and it renewed annually.
• The food and industrial labs obtained the quality certificate ISO 17025/2017 for 250 food and industrial test.
• The unit of the examination performing obtained the ISO certificate 17020 as an inspection direction (A) in the field of sampling and the virtual examination of the signs and labels of the final product packages for the electrical circuit breaker.

THE FIELD OF EXPORTERS SUPPORT:

ORIGIN CERTIFICATE:

• the certificate of origin insertion service was providing electronically through the website in speeding up the release procedures of the exported shipment abroad and to verify that the origin certificate was electronic.
• THE Registration OF GOEIC on SABER Saudi program: Registration and accreditation of  GOEIC  as a Conformity Assessment Body for issuing the certificate  according to SABER system "Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Org." in the regulation of shoes, leather, and textile products(readymade clothes- furnishing-    fabrics) support to Egyptian exporters  to the kingdom of Saudi Arabic and to coordinate with the effort of the ministry to support  the small and medium projects.

THE ROLE OF GOEIC TO SUPPORT THE NATIONAL ECONOMY:

• Despite the minister decision to reduce the employment an application of precautionary measures to confront covit19 but we continue working with all GOEIC branches and all its (navy-air-land) windows and the customers warehouses all week 24 hours.
• continuing  work with all food and industrial labs in speeding up the release of shipment  specially the shipment of production requirements and this for  no stop in the production wheel on all factories and sectors in the country.
