Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) paid a visit to the GOEIC's Environmental Validation and Verification Unit (EVVU) for following up on and extending the scope of the Unit's Accreditation in several sectors.
EGAC's visit to the GOEIC's EVVU for achieving and enhancing the following fields:
Verification in accordance with ISO 14064-1 in the fowling sectors:
- Chemical industries
- Establishments that include (Museums, Universities, Authorities, Ministries, Companies, …)
- Packing and packaging (the pulp, paper, printing, cartoon…)
- Chemical and Physical transformative industries (electrical and electronic devices, industrial machinery, building materials, ready-made garments, woods, …)
- Food industries
- Verification in accordance with ISO 14067 for products.
EGAC Assessors paid the visit while the EVVU employees are conducting verification process at the factories in May and June, 2025.
- Grand Egyptian Museum
- Suwailem Vitrified Clay Pipes Factory (VCP).
- PackTech Factory for manufacturing and printing paper shopping bags.
- ATICO Wood Industries Factory, affiliated with the Arab Organization for Industrialization
