The Exporters' Work Facilitation Unit is specialized in the following.
- Research and study complaints submitted by exporters.
- Dealing directly and immediately with obstacles to the export sector in coordination with the competent authorities.
- Effective and immediate communication with exporters, solving their problems, providing support and assistance, and overcoming obstacles facing the export sector.
- Coordination with relevant governmental and non-governmental agencies to assist exporters in achieving the unit’s objectives.
- Periodically follow up on procedures to overcome obstacles and problems and propose appropriate mechanisms to prevent their recurrence.
- Providing foreign trade data to exporters to help them study global markets.
