قيد المنشأت المثبت نشاطهم في السجل التجاري في سجل السماسرة العقاريين

Description

  • يجب على كل من يقوم بأعمال السمسرة أو السعي لإبرام العقود المتعلقة بالعقارات والأراضي المبنية أو الفضاء ، سواء أعمال شرائها أو بيعها أو تأجيرها أو التوسط في ذلك القيد في سجل السماسرة العقاريين . 

  • طبقا للمادة 2 من قانون تنظيم أعمال الوكالة التجارية وبعض أعمال الوساطة التجارية أو السمسرة العقارية رقم 120 لسنة 1982 تحظر مزاولة أى عمل من أعمال السمسرة العقارية إلا لمن يكون اسمه مقيدًا فى سجل السماسرة العقاريين 

  • عند تعديل او تجديد السجل التجاري المثبت به نشاط السمسرة العقارية لا تصدر الهيئة شهادة عدم الممانعة ولابد من القيد الدائم في سجل السماسرة العقاريين ذلك لانتهاء مهلة توفيق الأوضاع في 25/7/2026 طبقا للقرار 593 لسنة 2025بتعديل بعض أحكام اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون الوكالة التجارية وبعض أعمال الوساطة التجارية الصادرة بقرار وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية رقم 342 لسنة 1982 .
