النقل والتخزين تحت التحفظ

Description

يلتزم المستورد الذى اجتازت الرسالة الخاصة به الفحص الظاهري بنقل تلك الرسالة تحت التحفظ تحت إشراف الهيئة خلال 72 ساعة من اجتياز الفحص الظاهري على ألا يتم التصرف فيها إلا بعد ظهور نتيجة الفحص النهائي و استلام شهادة المطابقة وذلك طبقا للقرار 776 لسنة 2019 المعدل للمادة 85 ( بند 2/أ ) من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005.
