Description

In accordance with article 99 of Executive Regulation 770 of 2005:

The Authority's branches are committed to delivering the importer with the inspected samples. •
In the event that the importer or his representative does not come forward to receive it within 15 days of learning of the final results of the examination, it shall be disposed of in accordance with the rules issued by a decision of the Minister for Foreign Trade.

  • letter of receipt of the samples is obtained from the body's branch on which the letter is received.
  • Receipt of samples from the laboratory where the inspection took place.
