Call center responds to the clients’ Inquiries and complaints on the hotline 19591 and the toll-free No.08006667666. The center works form Sunday to Thursday from 08:30 am to 04:30 pm and on Saturdays from 08:30 am to 02:30 pm
Services provided by the center include answering inquiries, responding to complaints of the public and beneficiaries of organization services and providing support and information regarding online services and transactions provided via GOEIC’s online portal.
