Log in once to complete your electronic transactions conveniently to benefit from the various eServices by the single sign-in feature and there is no need to log in again

Simply enter your User name/ID and Password to use the secured eServices via the numerous channels; such as: Desktop, tablets, and smart phone.

To set up your own account, please click on 'New User' and enter the required information. For commercial users, please visit one of the GOEIC branches to create your account for commercial services. Please call the GOEIC Call Centre on 19591 to assist you in finding the nearest Service Centre in order to verify your information and complete the registration process.

Dear user

To register on the electronic portal of the General Authority for Export and Import Control, follow the following steps:

For non-commercial customers
  • Registering the user`s personal data.
  • Fill out the registration form
  • The activation link will be sent to the email registered in the user’s account.
For commercial clients
  • Choose user type (commercial client)
  • Registering facility data.
  • To activate the account, it is necessary to visit the nearest branch of the Authority to submit the necessary documents to activate the account through electronic services (establishment documents, authorization letter/power of attorney)
To benefit from electronic services for commercial customers, access the electronic services menu.
