تتم إجراءات الفحص الظاهري وسحب العينات للسلع صاحب الشأن أو مندوبة وفقا للنظام الموضح بالملحق رقم (2) بقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 1186 لسنه 2003 وطبقا للقواعد المنصوص عليها باللائحة 770-2005

  •  السلع الواردة للاتجار والخاضعة للرقابة النوعية بالهيئة محددة بملحق 8 من اللائحة 770-2005
  • مستلزمات الانتاج الخاضعة للرقابة النوعية طبقا لملحق 3 من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005 والخاص بالسلع التي تستورد بشروط خاصة والواردة بالقرارات الوزارية 961/2012-991/2015_820/2013_558/2014_540/2014
  • الجمرك هي الجهة المسئولة عن تحديد الصفة الاستيرادية للوارد وتحديد البند الجمركي له وجهة عرضه
