Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, met with Major General Engineer Essam El-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control for discussing ways of joint cooperation between the two parties regarding certain issues of mutual interest.
During the meeting, they discussed mechanisms of enhancing cooperation in the areas of training and building capacities, and exchanging expertise in such way that supports the state's plans for sustainable development. They also agreed upon preparing a memorandum of understanding between the two parties in both fields youth and sports, opening up new horizons for implementing joint programs and activities that serve young people.
On his part, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi confirmed the commitment of Ministry of Youth and Sports' for building effective partnerships with various national authorities and institutions for supporting the state's efforts to empower young people and qualifying them for labor market.

Dr. Ashraf Sobhi/ Ministre de la Jeunesse et du Sport, a rencontré l'ingénieur. Essam El-Naggar/Chef de la (GOEIC) pour discuter les moyens de coopération conjointe entre les deux parties en ce qui concerne un certain nombre de dossiers d'intérêt commun.
La réunion a été marquée par la discussion des mécanismes visant à renforcer la coopération dans les domaines de la formation , le renforcement des capacités, et l'échange d'expériences pour contribuer à soutenir les plans de l'État en faveur du développement durable, en plus de convenir de préparer un protocole d'accord entre les deux parties dans les domaines de la jeunesse et du sport, qui ouvre de nouveaux horizons pour la mise en œuvre des programmes et d'activités conjoints au service de la jeunesse.
Pour sa part, le Dr /Ashraf Sobhi a souligné le souci du Ministère de la Jeunesse et du Sport de nouer des partenariats efficaces avec divers Autorités et institutions nationaux, afin de soutenir les efforts de l'État pour autonomiser les jeunes et les qualifier pour le marché du travail.
