Mr. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, holds a meeting with representatives of the economic operator approved by the Egyptian Customs Organization.
The mechanism for granting levels within the green trajectory to registered companies was discussed. The White List of the General Organization Export and Import Control was discussed in order to achieve the basic objective of reducing release time and achieving a distinct treatment of that list. The problems hindering it were discussed and the results of the sampling examination were promptly reported. (Pre-shipment inspection) at entities accredited by GOEIC abroad, as well as the procedure for initiating the certified source service was discussed.

M. Ing. Essam El-Nagar - Président du Conseil d'administration de GOEIC tient une réunion avec des représentants de l'opérateur économique accrédité par l'Autorité douanière égyptienne.
Le mécanisme d'octroi de niveaux dans la voie verte aux entreprises inscrites sur la liste blanche de GOEIC a été discuté pour atteindre l'objectif principal de réduire le délai de dédouanement et d'obtenir un traitement distinct pour cette liste. il a été discuté et les résultats de l'examen de l'échantillon ont été rapidement rapportés. L'extension de l'application de la fonctionnalité a également été discutée. La reconnaissance des certificats de conformité (examen préalable avant expédition) auprès des organismes accrédités par l'autorité à l'étranger, et les procédures de démarrage le service de la source approuvée ont été discutés.

وقد تم مناقشة آلية منح مستويات داخل المسار الأخضر للشركات المسجلة القائمة البيضاء بالهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات للوصول إلى الهدف الأساسي وهو خفض زمن الإفراج وتحقيق معاملة متميزة لتلك القائمة وتم مناقشة المشاكل التي تعوقه والإفادة بنتائج فحص العينات بشكل سريع كما تم مناقشة التوسع في تطبيق ميزة الاعتراف بشهادات المطابقة (الفحص المسبق قبل الشحن) لدى جهات معتمدة من الهيئة بالخارج ,كما تم مناقشة إجراءات البدء في خدمة المصدر المعتمد.

Chef de l'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations en visite à la Cité du cuir à Robiki
la ville d'Al-Rubiki.
Se référant aux directives de Son Excellence M. Abdel Fattah El-Sissi, Président de la République, d'œuvrer à réduire le solde des importations égyptiennes et de mettre toutes les capacités de l'État pour soutenir l'industrie nationale, et dans la mise en œuvre de la directives de Son Excellence Dr. Nevin Gamea, Ministre du Commerce et de l'Industrie, d'intégrer les secteurs du ministère concernés par ce dossier.
L'ingénieur Essam Al-Nagar, président du conseil d'administration de GOEIC, a visité la ville du cuir à Al-Rubiki. Son Excellence a rencontré l'ingénieur Mahmoud Serg, membre du conseil d'administration de la ville, et a visité l'une des tanneries respectueuses de l'environnement et visité les usines rattachées à la ville d'Al-Rubiki.
L'ingénieur Essam Al-Nagar a affirmé qu'il met toutes les capacités de GOEIC de laboratoires chimiques spécialisés et d'expertise technique pour servir et soutenir l'industrie du cuir dans la ville.

بالإشارة إلى توجيهات فخامة السيد عبد الفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية بالعمل على تقليل ميزان الواردات المصرية ووضع جميع إمكانيات الدولة لدعم الصناعة الوطنية وتنفيذا لتوجيهات معالي السيدة الدكتورة نيفين جامع وزيرة التجارة والصناعة بالتكامل بين قطاعات الوزارة المعنية بهذا الملف.
قام المهندس عصام النجار رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات بزيارة مدينة الجلود بالروبيكي واجتمع سيادته مع المهندس محمود سرج- عضو مجلس إدارة المدينة والقيام بجولة بأحد المدابغ الصديقة للبيئة وزيارة المعامل الملحقة بمدينة الروبيكي.
وأكد المهندس عصام النجار أنه يضع كافة إمكانات الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات من معامل كيميائية متخصصة وخبرات فنية لخدمة ودعم صناعة الجلود بالمدينة.

Chairman of GOEIC on a visit to the leather city in Rubiki

Referring to the directives of His Excellency Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic, to work to reduce the Egyptian import balance and to develop all the State's possibilities to support national industry and to implement the directives of Her Excellency Dr. Nevein Jammeh, Minister of Commerce and Industry with complementarity between sectors of the Ministry concerned with this file.
Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, visited the leather City in Rubiki and met with Eng. Mahmoud Sarj, a member of the city's Board of Directors, to tour one of the eco-friendly tanneries and visit labs attached to Al-Rubiki City.
Eng. Essam Al-Naggar stressed that he sets out all the potential of the General Organization for Export and Import Control of specialized chemical labs and technical expertise to serve and support the city's leather industry.
