GOEIC HOLDS A MEETING WITH CHINA EMBASSY IN CAIRO In the frame work of GOEIC's caution to facilitate the movement of trade before the business community. Eng. /Essam Al-Naggar the Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control met Mr. /ZHOU ZHENCHENG, minister –counselor (economic and commercial affairs) China embassy in Arab Republic of Egypt. They discussed the facilities which presents by GOEIC to the Chinese business community and the obstacles facing them in Egyptian markets. Eng. / Essam Al-Naggar responded to all questions and queries concerning the quality certificates required for registration under Ministerial Decree No. 43 / 2016, which must be approved by international accreditation authorities. Stressing the need for registered companies to review their position periodically through the GOEIC's website, which presents the position of registered companies and their compatibility with the requirements of Decree No. 43/ 2016which the website reviews in the three languages (Arabic, English and French). At the end of the meeting, His Excellency expressed his pleasure at the interview and asserts that the General Organization for Export and Import Control is always ready to provide full support to the business community.

الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات تتولى مسئولية اصدار شهادة البيع الحر لشحنات الصابون المصدرة للمغرب Free Sale Certificate(FSC) الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات,شهادة البيع الحر بموافقة من السيدة الدكتورة نيفين جامع وزيرة التجارة والصناعة تولى السيد المهندس/عصام النجار رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات مسئولية إصدار شهادة البيع الحر Free Sale Certificate (FSC) والتى تشترطها السلطات المغربية للافراج عن الصادرات المصرية من الصابون الكيميائي (قطع/سائل) على أن تكون صادرة ومعتمدة من جهة حكومية ويكون محتواها (أن المنتجات مسجلة و تباع في جمهورية مصر العربية تحت الأسماء التجارية للشركة المصدرة، وأنها مطابقة للمواصفات القياسية المصرية والتوجهات الأوروبية وأنه لا مانع من تداولها خارجها).

L'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations est chargée de délivrer le certificat de vente libre (FSC) pour les expéditions de savon exportées vers le Maroc. Avec l'approbation du Dr Nevin Gamee, ministre du Commerce et de l'Industrie, M. Ing. Essam El-Nagar, président du conseil d'administration de l'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations, a assumé la responsabilité de la délivrance du certificat de vente libre (FSC ), qui est exigée par les autorités marocaines pour libérer les exportations égyptiennes de savon chimique (morceaux/liquide) À condition qu'il soit délivré et approuvé par un organisme gouvernemental et que son contenu (que les produits soient enregistrés et vendus en République arabe d'Égypte sous les noms commerciaux de la société exportatrice, qu'ils sont conformes aux spécifications standard égyptiennes et aux tendances européennes, et qu'il n'y a pas d'objection à les commercialiser à l'extérieur).
