Entry into force of Decree No. 403 of 2022 on the import of certain goods in accordance with annex 3 of Regulation No. 770 of 2005
Mr. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, held a meeting with the registered inspection and review companies of GOEIC on the implementation of Decree No. 403 of 2022 concerning the import of certain goods under special conditions in accordance with annex (3) of regulation 770 of 2005.
The release of letters imported from these items is required to be from one of the registered producers of the General Organization for Export and Import Control in accordance with the provisions of Article 94 of these Regulations or to submit a certified inspection and review certificate containing the data of the letter and the results of the inspection and testing that indicate conformity with the Egyptian approved standards. The certificate must be issued by an authorized authority of the International Federation (ILAC) or by an Egyptian or foreign authority. It has certified laboratories and specializes in the tests required for each commodity approved by the Minister of Foreign Trade. The General Organization for Export and Import Control shall subject these letters to random inspection.

بدء تطبيق القرار 403 لسنة 2022 بشان استيراد بعض السلع بشروط خاصة طبقا للملحق 3 من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005 اعتبارا من 5/10/2022
عقد السيد المهندس عصام النجار رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات أجتماعاً مع شركات الفحص والمراجعة المسجلة بالهيئة بشأن تطبيق القرار 403 لسنة 2022 والخاص بأستيراد بعض السلع بشروط خاصة طبقاً لملحق 3 من اللائحة 770 لسنة 2005 اعتبارا من 5/10/2022.
حيث يشترط للافراج على الرسائل المستوردة من هذه الاصناف ان تكون من احد المنتجين المسجلين بالهيئة العامة للرقابة علي الصادرات والواردات وفقا لاحكام المادة 94 من هذه اللائحة أو تقديم شهادة فحص ومراجعة موثقة ومعتمدة تتضمن بيانات الرسالة ونتائج الفحص والاختبار التي تفيد المطابقة للمواصفات القياسية المصرية المعتمدة علي ان تصدرهذه الشهادة من جهة معتمدة من أحد الجهات المعتمدة من الاتحاد الدولي أو من جهة مصرية أو أجنبية لديها معامل معتمدة ومتخصصة في الاختبارات المطلوبة لكل سلعة يوافق عليها الوزيرالمختص بالتجارة الخارجية ,علي أن تقوم الهيئة العامة للرقابة علي الصادرات والواردات بإخضاع هذه الرسائل للفحص العشوائي.

رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات يعلن بدء التسجيل ببرنامج نظام المصدر المعتمد على موقع الهيئة اعتبارا من مطلع شهر اكتوبر
نظمت الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات بالتعاون مع مصلحة الجمارك المصرية ورشة عمل للمصدرين "بعنوان آليات تنفيذ نظام المُصدِر المُعتمد وذلك بمشاركة خبير بالجمارك الإيطالية لعرض الوضع التنفيذي المطبق بالاتحاد الأوروبي لتنفيذ آلية المصدر المعتمد.
وأكد المهندس عصام النجار رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات أنه سيتم إتاحة بدء التسجيل ببرنامج المصدر المعتمد على موقع الهيئة www.goeic.gov.eg إعتباراً من الأول من شهر أكتوبر المقبل مشيراً إلى انه سيتم البدء بتسجيل عدد 107 شركة المنضمين لنظام الفاعل الاقتصادي كمرحلة أولى وتسجيل باقي الشركات المصدرة في المرحلة التالية.

The Chairman of GOEIC announces the start of registration of the source system program approved on GOEIC website from the beginning of October
The General Organization for Export and Import Control, in cooperation with the Egyptian Customs Authority, organized a workshop for exporters entitled "Mechanisms for the implementation of the approved exporter system", with the participation of an Italian customs expert to present the operational status of the European Union for the implementation of the approved exporter mechanism.
Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, confirmed that the start of registration of the source program approved on the www.goeic.gov.eg GOEIC website will be made available from the first of October , indicating that the registration of the number of 107 of the company joining the economic actor system will begin as the first stage and the registration of the other exporting companies in the next phase.

Le chef de GOEIC annonce le début de l’enregistrement du programme du système" L'exportateur accrédité "sur le site Web de l’Autorité à partir du début d’octobre
L’Autorité Générale de contrôle des Exportations et des Importations, en coopération avec l’Autorité douanière égyptienne, a organisé un atelier pour les exportateurs intitulé "Mécanismes pour la mise en œuvre du système d’exportation accrédité", avec la participation d’un expert en douane italien pour présenter le statut exécutif appliqué par l’Union européenne pour la mise en œuvre du mécanisme d’exportation accrédité.
L'ingénieur. Essam Al-Nagar, chef de l’Autorité générale de Contrôle des Exportations et des importations, a confirmé que le début de l’enregistrement du programme "L'exportateur accrédité " sera disponible sur le site www.goeic.gov.eg de l'autorité à partir du 1 octobre, indiquant que l'enregistrement commencera avec 107 des sociétés adhérants au système des acteurs économiques comme première étape et l’enregistrement des autres sociétés exportatrices dans la phase suivante.
